Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers all machinery parts for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This means if a part fails during normal and proper use within this period, we will provide a replacement part free of charge. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Warranty Limitations
While we strive to deliver high-quality products, our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or natural disasters.
Damage caused by improper installation or operation.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Machines that have been modified or altered without our written permission.
Warranty Claims
If a part fails, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a detailed description of the problem. We will then arrange to send you the appropriate replacement part.
Please note that while we stand by the quality of our products, we do not accept returns of machines. Instead, we focus on providing effective solutions through the replacement of parts.
Shipping
We will ship the replacement parts to you. However, any customs duties or taxes associated with the shipment of the replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.
